After about 68 km, take the exit for Portimão.

Take the second exit on the roundabout at Bensfarim, onto the N120 signposted to Aljezur/Sines.

Pass Portolas on the N120. Take a left onto the N393/R393, Portolas exit.

Continue on the N393/R393 for about 21km, and then take a left into Vila Nova de Milfontes.
