Duna Parque's stay Terms and Conditions

Check-in begins no earlier than 4 o'clock pm. Check-out must be done by 11 o'clock am. If check-out time is not met, and in case of no prior arrangement with management, Duna Parque will charge the cost of one night stay to the guest's bill. Reception is open between 9 0'clock am and 6 o'clock pm. All bills must be settled during this time. Guest must inform management of how many occupants there will be per apartment at the time or booking or check-in. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the apartment's limited occupancy.

Duna Parque allows for the present of pet animals in selected apartments only. If guests wish to bring their pet to the resort, they must let management know in advance. Under no circumstances are guests allowed dangerous or potentially dangerous animals, as defined in the Legal Bill number 312/2003, dated 17/12/2004: “Cão de fila brsileiro”, “Dogue argentine”, “Pit Bull terrier”, “Rotwellier”, “Staffordshire American terrier”, “Staffordshire bull terrier” and “Tosa Inu” breeds. Furthermore, all and any animals that may in way whatsoever disturb, inconvenience of intimidate other guests will not be allowed to remain in the resort. Animals must be on a leash at all times when outdoors, and must be kept away from the pool and the children’s play ground areas.
Guests must ensure the apartment is left clan and tidy, and all dishes must be done. A member of staff will inspect the apartment at the time of checkout and should any of the above not have been observed, management reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 10 Euros.
Housekeeping is done daily bathroom towels and bed linen are changed every four days.
Guests are required too keep the apartment’s fixtures and fittings in good and clean order at all times. Guests will be liable for any loss, breakage or damage to any of the furniture, the equipment, effects and walls, either through misuse or negligence, and will e required to cover any replacement or repair costs.
Guests are asked not to conduct themselves inappropriately or do any act or thing that may be of nuisance or annoyance to other guests. Likewise, should other guests behave in such an improper manner, please inform Duna Parque’s management immediately. Should you become aware of any fault with of the apartment’s or the resort’s facilities and equipment or indeed of any irregular situation where the management’s assistance may be required, please let reception know by calling 9 from your apartment, or dial 939964590, in case of an emergency.
You will find attached to this from the apartment’s inventory. Please check it thoroughly. Should there be any items missing from the apartment, please let reception know as soon as possible. Late notification may result in the item’0s value being charged to the guest’s account.
When checking in guests are required to present a credit card or hand in a specified value in cash o cheque as a deposit. Should there be any damage to the apartment or in the event a guest checks out without settling his account or part of, Duna Parque’s management reserves the right to make theirs such deposit an/or charge any deriving cost to the guest’s credit card.
Guests are accountable for their reservation as soon it’s confirmed. In the case of a no show or should a guest decide to check out earlier, the total stay be charged. This will always be enforced unless Duna Parque’s management is informed in advance and only in case the potential loss of earnings can be recouped.

Equipment and facilities terms of use:
-Children must be monitored at all times by an adult when in the pool and/or playground areas.
- It is strictly forbidden to dive in the pool.
- All guests must shower before using the pool and/or the Jacuzzi
- Babies are not allowed in the pool or the Jacuzzi (with or without nappies)
- Children under 10 years old are not allowed in the Jacuzi
- The Jacuzzi can only be used when in operation and for no longer than 20 minutes at the time
- Guests, who ay have an existing medical condition, which may be aggravated by its use, should not use the sauna
- The use of the above facilities is the guest’s own responsibility. Duna Parque will not be liable for any accidents, wich may result from their use. Guests are asked to observe the safety measures mentioned above and to follow any advice or request by members by staff on duty.
All the conditions above complement all the instructions and safety warnings placed near the same facilities. We strongly advice guests to follow all these precautions.
